These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Ritū website located at drinkritu.com and your purchase of Ritū products and subscriptions. By accessing our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.


1. About Ritū

Ritū is owned and operated by Ritu, LLC, a limited liability company based in Los Angeles, California. You can reach us at hello@drinkritu.com or (213) 340-5121.


2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and a resident of the United States to purchase from Ritū. By placing an order you represent that you meet these requirements.


3. Products

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Product images are for illustrative purposes and may vary slightly from the physical product.


4. Pricing

All prices are listed in US dollars. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Price changes to active subscriptions will be communicated to you by email at least 7 days before taking effect.


5. Subscription Auto-Renewal Disclosure

Required under California Business and Professions Code §§ 17600–17606

Ritū offers a monthly subscription plan at $25.00 per month.

By enrolling in a Ritū subscription you expressly agree to the following:

  • Your subscription will automatically renew at $25.00 per month on your monthly billing date until you cancel.
  • Your payment method will be charged automatically at the start of each billing period.
  • You will receive an email confirmation after your initial purchase and after each subsequent charge.
  • You may cancel at any time before your next billing date with no cancellation fee. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • To cancel, log into your account at drinkritu.com/account and select "Manage Subscription," or email hello@drinkritu.com.
  • If we change the subscription price or terms, we will notify you by email at least 7 days in advance. Continued subscription after that date constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
  • Annual reminder: if your subscription remains active for 12 months, we will send you a reminder email summarizing the current subscription price, billing frequency, and cancellation instructions.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time as described in Section 5. Ritū does not issue refunds for the current billing cycle after a charge has been processed. If your order has not yet shipped, please contact us at hello@drinkritu.com and we will do our best to assist you.

For damaged, defective, or incorrect orders, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@drinkritu.com. We will replace the item or issue a refund at our discretion.


7. Shipping

We ship within the contiguous United States. Orders are fulfilled by our fulfillment partner and typically ship within 2–5 business days of your order date. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, incorrect addresses provided at checkout, or circumstances beyond our control.


8. Payment

We accept major credit and debit cards processed through Shopify Payments. By providing your payment information you authorize us to charge your card for all purchases including recurring subscription charges. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

If a recurring charge fails, we will attempt to notify you by email. Your subscription may be paused or cancelled if payment cannot be processed after multiple attempts.


9. Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us immediately at hello@drinkritu.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.


10. Intellectual Property

All content on this site including text, images, logos, and brand elements is owned by or licensed to Ritū and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without our express written permission.


11. Disclaimer of Warranties

Ritū products are sold as food and beverage products. Nothing on this site constitutes medical advice. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Results may vary. We make no warranties, express or implied, beyond those required by applicable law.


12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by California law, Ritū's liability to you for any claim arising from your purchase or use of our products shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.


13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California. You waive any objection to jurisdiction or venue in such courts.


14. California Residents

Under California Civil Code Section 1789.3, California residents are entitled to the following consumer rights notice: if you have a complaint regarding our products or services, please contact us at hello@drinkritu.com. 15. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email or by a notice on our website. Continued use of our site or subscription service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
