Return and Refund Policy

No physical returns

Due to the nature of our products, Ritū does not accept physical returns. All sales are final once shipped. Please do not send products back to us.


Satisfaction guarantee

If you are unsatisfied with your Ritū product for any reason, contact us within 30 days of your delivery date at hello@drinkritu.com and we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. No return required.

To request a refund, email us with your order number and a brief description of your experience. We will process your refund within 5–7 business days.


Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@drinkritu.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will replace the item or issue a refund at our discretion.


Subscription charges

Ritū does not issue refunds for subscription charges that have already been processed for the current billing cycle. If you wish to cancel your subscription to avoid a future charge, please cancel before your next billing date. See our cancellation policy for instructions.


Late or missing refunds

If you have not received your refund within 7 business days of our confirmation email, first check with your bank or credit card company as processing times vary. If you still have not received it, contact us at hello@drinkritu.com or (213) 340-5121.
