Ritū Subscription Cancellation Policy

Your Ritū subscription renews automatically at $25.00 per month until you cancel. By completing your purchase you authorize Ritū to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis at the price listed at checkout.

How to cancel

You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account at accounts.drinkritu.com and selecting "Manage Subscription," or by emailing hello@drinkritu.com. There is no cancellation fee.

Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to receive your remaining prepaid shipment(s) and will not be charged again after cancellation is confirmed.

How to pause or skip

You may pause your subscription or skip a shipment at any time by logging into your account and selecting "Manage Subscription."

Refunds

Ritū does not issue refunds for the current billing cycle after a charge has been processed. If your order has not yet shipped, please contact us at hello@ritu.com and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
