Processing time
Orders are processed and fulfilled within 2–5 business days of your order date. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping rates
Ritū offers free standard shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States. We do not currently charge for shipping.
Delivery estimates
We ship via USPS Ground Advantage from Atlanta, Georgia. Estimated delivery times after shipment are:
- Zones 1–3 (Southeast, Midwest): 2–4 business days
- Zones 4–5 (Mid-Atlantic, Texas, Mountain): 3–5 business days
- Zones 6–8 (Northeast, West Coast): 4–7 business days
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Order tracking
Once your order ships you will receive a confirmation email with a USPS tracking number. You can track your shipment at usps.com or via the tracking link in your email.
Subscription orders
Subscription orders are processed and shipped automatically on your monthly billing date. You will receive a shipping confirmation email each time your order ships. To update your shipping address, log into your account at drinkritu.com/account or email hello@drinkritu.com before your next billing date.
Address changes
If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us at hello@drinkritu.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been submitted to our fulfillment partner.
Lost or stolen packages
Ritū is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please contact your local USPS facility with your tracking number and file a missing mail request at usps.com. Contact us at hello@drinkritu.com and we will do our best to assist you.
Damaged in transit
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@drinkritu.com with your order number and a photo of the damage. We will replace the item or issue a refund at our discretion.
Shipping restrictions
We currently ship within the contiguous United States only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, APO/FPO addresses, or internationally at this time.
